The Area

Paleokastritsa is located in the NW of Corfu. It is one of the fines to resorts of the island. An area with a breathtaking scenery, a beautiful coastline with hidden coves, beaches and crystal clear waters of every shade from blue to green.

It is said to be the mythical place where princess Nausica met shipwrecked Odysseus. Paleokastritsa is a place with unique beauty. You can also visit the Byzantine Monastery of Holy Virgin Mary(13 c.A.D.),built on top of a rocky promontory.

Most beaches of the neighbouring area of Liapades are accessible only by boat and you will surely find hidden gems and a private paradise. The area consists of six small bays and beaches. The main beach is Agios Spyridon(named after the little chapel dedicated to Corfu’s patron saint). The other beaches are Ambelaki, Agios Petros, Alypa(the port where we operate),Platakia and Agia Triada.
